Rupantar being a Principal Recipient of GCERF in Bangladesh is seeking to hire a service provider (Person / firm) to carry
out two studies respectively among which one will be a baseline (for Phase 02 of Round 02) as well one will be a endline
study (for Phase 01 of Round 02) for its program “Preventing Extremism through Active Community Engagement (PEACE)
Consortium” focusing on preventing violent extremism (PVE) in Khulna City Corporation, Satkhira, Rajshahi City
Corporation & Chapai-Nawabganj District in Bangladesh. This intervention is being supported by the Global Community
Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF). The objective of the studies is to gather relevant baseline data (for Phase 02 of
Round 02) as well endline data (for Phase 01 of Round 02) on key program indicators, to analyze the communities’
knowledge, attitudes, and practices on PVE.
