Project Title: Strengthening Civic Engagement in Elections and Political Processes for Enhanced Transparency and Democratic Accountability

Nature of the project: The program includes a combination of long-term domestic and regional election observation and electoral reform advocacy, citizen monitoring and voter education to mitigate political and electoral violence, and voter education and forms to enhance responsiveness and accountability of candidates, a focus on involvement of women and minority, especially, as election observers, is highly desirable

Impact: The project successfully completed the observation and prepared report on10th Jathio Sangsad Election at the mentioned project area.

Challenges: The 10th election observation faced several challenges and constrain, mainly the opposition denied to join and declared to protect the election. The opposition called continuous strike and road block and provided all out effort in making violence to protect the voters.
